The ‘Ignis’ name on the image of the Compact SUV looks like an amateur work of Photoshop. So, we are not sure whether Maruti Suzuki will christine its compact SUV with the name ‘Ignis’ or not.
Showcased at 2015 Geneva Motor Show
However, the name Ignis sounds perfect for this SUV. Ignis was the name of Suzuki’s sub compact car which was discontinued in 2008. So the name of Ignis for iM-4 might not be totally over ruled as Suzuki has a custom of naming its new cars with their older discontinued cars.Example, YRA being named as Baleno.
